Experts to Discuss Emerging Global Issues and Their Impacts on Canadian Business

Kananaskis Village, AB, September 22 - On September 26, Canadian thought leaders will engage in a panel discussion on global issues, including: the US economy and election, oil prices, stagflation, China and India economies and environmentalism - and their effects on Canadian business. The panel is part of the 2008 CMC-Canada/CMC-Alberta Management Consulting Conference, which will include the following events/sessions:


  • Keynote address on strategy by David Maister, widely acknowledged as one of the world's leading authorities on the management of professional service firms;
  • Harrie Vredenburg (University of Calgary) on Global Energy Supply, Demand and Price Dynamics: Challenges and Opportunities;
