Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing before October 12, 2009 will be refunded the full amount, minus a $10.00 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after October 12, 2009. Registrants may send a substitute attendee, with appropriate fee adjustment. Please notify CMC-Canada at least 2 days prior in order to facilitate registration at the event.

No credits are given for late notices or "no-shows".

In the unlikely case that the event has to be cancelled, registration fees will be fully refunded.

If you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please email dhoornstra@cmc-canada.ca at least two business days prior to the event.
