So you have your strategy. But what are you executing? How do you know when you are on the strategy and when you are off? How do you determine what needs to change in order to achieve a particular strategic intent? This session presents a framework that addresses the root cause of several key issues: Connecting strategic intent to execution performance Ensuring that only those projects which address strategic intent are undertaken and funded Integrating Business Process Improvement & Re-Engineering, Understanding the true Nature of Change Management Organizations continue to implement controls in order to deal with the myriad of issues they face. But controls add complexity without always improving performance. enterprise Strategy Deployment presents a framework which deals with the root cause of all these issues. That means that we can implement processes and policies which will improve performance while reducing risk and complexity (a form of risk). This session will explore a tiered approach to deploying strategy which connects strategy and execution and aligns people with accountability. This session will be particularly useful to anyone whose work needs to connect to strategy, including Organization Development, IT, Change Management, BPI/BPR, Business Units, and just about anyone else. The session will be 90 minutes including Q&A, and is presented by Angelo Baratta.
