| So you have your strategy. But what are you executing? How do you know when you are on the strategy and when you are off? How do you determine what needs to change in order to achieve a particular strategic intent? This session presents a framework that addresses the root cause of several key issues:
This session will explore a tiered approach to deploying strategy which connects strategy and execution and aligns people with accountability. This session will be particularly useful to anyone whose work needs to connect to strategy, including Organization Development, IT, Change Management, BPI/BPR, Business Units, and just about anyone else. The session will be 90 minutes including Q&A, and is presented by Angelo Baratta.
