| Description | ||
| Do you know the names of the most profitable clients in your portfolio? In 2009? Forecast in 2010? Do you know the names of the “losing” clients- where you lost money last year? What are you doing about it? What is your business team doing about it? Do you run your business by client? You could be reducing your profitability by 20-40% if you do not manage this issue well. After you look at your own business….. Do you have clients who manage their business using customer profitability? Do you understand it? Do you have insights to add value to the relationship? Lets talk about Customer Profitability at our next Strategy SIG event on February 9, 2010. We are bringing a recognized expert who has been working with Customer Profitability since 1982. |
