Hotel Accomodations
The River Rock Resort Casino is providing 1 bedroom suites for the conference special rate of $159 plus taxes – single or double occupancy. Each room has a king or queen in the bedroom plus a pull-out queen in the living room. The price for each adult over two is an extra $25 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing up to 5:00 pm on March 31, 2010. Cancellations received between March 31 and 5:00 pm EST April 30th will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 30. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail or mail to Darlene Hoornstra at CMC-Canada dhoornstra@cmc-canada.ca.

No credits are given for late notices or "no-shows".
