GST for members and guests – price includes hot and cold appetizers (cash bar available) Charitable Act Please bring an unwrapped book or toy to be donated to a charity. Evening Festivities! Join in the Christmas fun and win some great prizes! If you bring a bottle of wine you can be entered into the draw to wine the entire collection! Please remember to register and bring your clients and guests to this end of the year social. How to Register: By Internet: To register for this event please go to CMC-Canada's secure online registration system Members - members must login to register - click here to login. Non-Members - select the # of tickets below - click on purcahse and follow the instructions. Registration deadline is November 30, 2009. Cancellation Policy Cancellations received in writing before November 30, 2009 will be refunded the full amount, minus a $10.00 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after November 30, 2009. Registrants may send a substitute attendee. Please notify CMC-Canada at least 2 days prior in order to facilitate registration at the event. No credits are given for late notices or "no-shows". In the unlikely case that the event has to be cancelled, registration fees will be fully refunded. If you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please email dhoornstra@cmc-canada.ca at least two business days prior to the event.
