Biography

Pierre Battah (BBA, MBA, CHRP) is a specialist in management and human resources management. His practice is focused on teaching, facilitating and especially providing counsel to individuals and organizations. Pierre has held senior positions with some of Atlantic Canada's leading employers and was an associate professor of management at Mount Allison University's Ron Joyce Centre for Business Studies as well as an award-winning management development instructor in human resource management, leadership, organizational design, change management and organizational behaviour.Formerly a managing partner of Atlantic Canada's leading Human Resources firm, he has been advising organizations large and small in all sectors since 1996.His consulting experience is substantial, having provided strategic human resource solutions to a vast number of organizations, and worked with complex organizations with multiple stakeholders from senior executives, elected officials, staff, unions, multidisciplinary committees, the general public and others. His approach is highly engaging, collaborative and results-oriented. His ability to quickly forge relationships of trust enables him to effectively grasp the issues at hand.
