Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAFE)

Established in 1983, CAFE is a national not-for-profit organization that has a mandate to promote the well-being, understanding and success of families in business. Through 13 chapters across Canada, CAFE provides support, knowledge and resources to those involved in family enterprise including both extended business families and the advisors that counsel them.  Through participation in peer groups, seminars and conferences, CAFE has provided a confidential forum for families and their advisors to share ideas, learn best practices and build their collective skills. CMC-Canada members receive member rates to attend CAFE events.


Human Resources Professionals Association

HRPA and CMC-Canada are offering a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) Designation Program. The program includes the Essentials of Management Consulting (EMC) and Ethical Behaviour: Best Practices for Management Consultants courses.

The Natural Step

The Natural Step Canada has since built a solid track record in Canada supporting the emergence of role models for sustainable communities and business. We have worked with dozens of organizations to help them embed sustainability into their strategies, operations, products, services and community plans. We have fostered commitment and competence in thousands of leaders and practitioners through our learning programs. We developed The Natural Step’s Sustainability 101 eLearning course and published numerous case studies and toolkits to help others learn from The Natural Step’s experience.
