Mary Blair

Managing Director

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall day-to-day National Office operations; human resources management, including all direct reports, and others such as contractors and volunteers, as authorized by the Board; recommending and developing policies; the office's physical requirements; oversight of marketing, communications, membership, certification, member benefits, affinity programs, website, internal systems and processes, volunteers, professional development, legal and statutory, media relations; initiate and/or co-ordinating specific projects; support to the Board; continuous quality improvement. 

Sylvia Biggs

Director, Business Development & Partnerships

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the business development and partnership activities at CMC-Canada. This includes: the development and implementation of sales growth strategies and value proposition advancement, with the objective of increasing brand awareness of the CMC designation amongst educational institutes, consulting firms (large and small), and other professional organizations. As a team member of CMC-Canada, it is my goal to build long-term alliances with industry stakeholders, existing members, and ultimately, introduce prospective candidates to the CMC designation and the organization's professional community of management consultants.

Sarah McIntosh

Manager, Certification

Main Responsibilities: Supporting members throughout the Certification process, answering queries about CMC Designation Streams and requirements, and tracking progress. Liaising with CMC-Canada Institutes to ensure all candidates meet Certification requirements/expectations. Liaising with the National Certification Committee.  Answering queries/supporting participants in pre-certification Professional Development. Supporting the Mentorship program.     


Jordan Sandler                                               

Manager, Marketing and Communications 

Main Responsibilities: Advancing the communications objectives of CMC-Canada. Manage and provide content for social media channels. Maintain and continuously update, effectively communicating the association's branding and messaging. Identify, develop and exploit external communications opportunities. Maximize exposure for the CEO as he travels.  Lead the writing, preparation and editing of association publications. 


Emma Gurduckis

Coordinator, Events & Communications 

Main Responsibilities: Assist in the brainstorming, implementation, preparation, marketing, and management of events for Institutes across Canada. Assist in preparation of event and other meeting materials, process event registrations, and assist in organizing event logistics and invoicing. Assist with CMC-Canada's growth program, update website as needed. Support the teams for committee, board, and other meetings as required. Manage the communications for events, notices to members, and weekly newsletters.  


Jamie Holmes                                          

Coordinator, Membership 

Main Responsibilities: Handles membership queries, applications, including all relevant data/documents, coordinating member status changes/requests, acting as a liaison between prospective member and Institute Councils, overseeing the member renewal process, and membership reports.


Ron Graham                                          


Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the accounting functions of CMC-Canada, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow management, Payroll and benefits administration, preparation and filing quarterly Harmonized Sales Tax reports, preparing the books for the annual audit, and assisting the auditors.
