Q1 In brief, describe how you entered the profession of management consulting, or when did you decide that management consulting was a profession that you wanted to enter?

I entered the profession of management consulting when I worked for a large, complex organization and helped them solve their biggest challenges in maintaining quality and reorganizing their operation.

Q2 What do you love most about consulting?

I love the contact with a variety of different people, experiences, and challenges in different industries.

Q3 What do you like the least?

It’s always difficult to leave a wonderful team after I successfully complete a project.

Q4 What has been your most satisfying engagement and why?

The most satisfying engagement was at TELUS Communication on a large scale enterprise program impacting 5000 internal users and 10 million customers.

Q5 What personality trait has helped you the most in your career?

Empathy is the personality trait that has helped me in my projects to understand people's needs, challenges, and become a problem solver that aligns the organization toward its achievement.. 

Q6 Finally, if you were stranded on a desert island - What is one book and one luxury item you would take with you?

The book will be a kindle and the luxury item will be a solar powered laptop with an integrated satellite Internet system..
