Summary: Want to make a difference in your community? Interested in volunteering your skills and expertise? If so, Children’s Treatment Network has board of director and committee positions available. It’s a great way to make a difference in the lives of kids and youth with disabilities and developmental needs.
As a Board member you can expect to volunteer approximately 8-10 hours a month, share your leadership, expertise and governance experience at the board level and sit on one of our committees (Audit and Finance, Governance or Quality). As a community member on one of our committees you can expect to volunteer approximately 4 hours a month and share your expertise and build your governance experience. Board and committee meetings typically take place in York Region and/or Simcoe County.

Summary: Given the expansion of perivale+taylor, the following project-based, periodic contract positions are available.
A. Experience with, and the ability to review and assess and recommend enhancements, in the deployment of information technology specific to policing and public safety, and an understanding of the way that IT is deployed operationally and administratively to support the mission of the police.
B. A thorough understanding of policing methodology, which will inform the ability to request key data extracts from CAD, RMS and other systems, and be able to draw salient conclusions as to efficiency and effectiveness of policing from the deep analysis of this data.
