Carla Gail Tibbo, MBA, CMC, CMRP, CME is the President and Founder of Incisive Marketing, and has consulted to a wide variety of organizations for more than 20 years. Gail is a leader in market intelligence, and pioneered incorporating the “I” in the national marketing research community. Her focus with small and medium enterprises centers around creating truly actionable and achievable marketing/business strategies, and guiding her clients to implement them successfully. Her approaches are practical and powerful, and she incorporates insightful use of market intelligence, research and savvy. Over 150 companies have benefitted from her perceptive and fresh approaches.
Gail served on the Board of Directors of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association, as well as the BC Chapter of the MRIA, the Richmond Community Foundation, and the BC Boys’ Choir. She has been on the judging panel for MRIA’s national marketing research awards for 6 years.
Her career path began internationally as statistician and researcher with the international tuna commission of the United Nations in Spain. She was Statistics Canada’s market research analyst and later Pacific Region Assistant Director, and went on to found and direct the western Canada branch of Compusearch Market and Social Research. Gail is also an educator, and co-authored a marketing book that was used in universities and colleges across Canada. She is a Certified Management Consultant, holds an MBA and is a Certified Marketing Research Professional.
