Kate Winbaum

Kate is a consultant with PwC’s Advisory Services practice. As a member of the Foundations for the Future program, Kate has the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary engagement teams to deliver complex solutions to PwC’s clients. Kate consults on strategy, operations, people & change, government, and technology.

Prior to joining PwC, Kate worked for an international retail company where she gained experience in business strategy, project management and user design & implementation for technology projects. She was also part of a small team that assisted with opening new stores across Canada. In that capacity, Kate worked on change management, staffing, and talent management. Kate’s results-oriented nature enabled her to assist the company with strategic planning and the execution of large-scale productivity enhancement projects.

Kate studied political science at McGill University where she graduated with distinction. She also spent six months studying abroad at the University of Melbourne. Kate was a member of the McGill Debate Union, co-directed the annual McGill High School Debate Tournament and participated in fundraising efforts for the Save a Child’s Heart Foundation.
