I developed an implementation plan for IM/IT Governance at Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) and completed an Organizational Review at INAC within the Information Management Branch.
I participated in a project to recommend and develop a comprehensive set of technology management controls, and the supporting processes and artefacts for Technology Management for the Alberta Association in Higher Education for Information, using COBIT, ITIL and PMI best practices.
