Bio

With nearly 25 years of experience in Management Advisory Services relating to organizational, value, risk, and cost modelling, Jame and his team help clients realize and accelerate revenue and earnings growth using the Makoto Method, a Kaizen-inspired lean approach that emphasizes service harmonization leveraging modern predictive analytics and business modelling.
