Accelerate your development as a management consultant by attending the Facilitating Results workshop.
CMC-Vancouver Island has designed this interactive workshop to offer both new consultants and more experienced CMCs the opportunity to enhance their skills as facilitators.
The workshop will be led Gordon Gunn, CPA, FCMC, a principal consultant with Third Foundation Consulting and the BC Institute President. “Whether a consultant is conducting a one-on-one meeting, or facilitating an event with hundreds of participants, the objective is the same; to assist the meeting participants in achieving the best possible results with the least amount of pain. To be an effective facilitator, you need a good set of facilitation tools and techniques and the confidence to apply them.”
In the workshop, Gordon will introduce the Facilitating Results Methodology, including a toolbox of facilitation tools and techniques. Through interactive exercises, the workshop will explore the 7-step methodology and the specific tools and techniques that can be drawn on to support you.
