Certified Management Consultant provides no-charge professional services to a leading support services network.
Ottawa, Ontario – The CMC ON Pro Bono Program has completed a no-charge management consulting engagement for HealthBridge of Ottawa in partnership with Management Advisory Service (MAS) of Toronto. The CMC Pro Bono program sources management consultants for pro bono help, while MAS is a well-known resource for charities seeking free consulting services. Their collaboration boosts the support available to organizations like HealthBridge.
HealthBridge is an international, non-profit, non-governmental organization that has been working since 1982 in Asia, Africa and the Americas. We aim to improve the health of vulnerable populations, including those at risk of malnutrition, infectious disease and emerging epidemics, such as obesity and non-communicable diseases (NCDs), by bridging the gap between needs and technologies, evidence and policies, and policies and practice.
HealthBridge works with local partners to identify priority issues, develop and implement appropriate solutions, apply innovative and sustainable practices, and promote effective policies.
As part of the CMC Canada Pro Bono Program, Certified Management Consultant Shahzad Shah and Natalie Hansford, Partner at Lean Excellence Canada, delivered specialized HR consulting services to HealthBridge. This complimentary engagement centered on crafting a competitive compensation framework, aligning salary structures with industry benchmarks, and enhancing the organization's HR strategy to support sustainable organizational growth and long-term operational planning.
