    The Secretary plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of CMC-Canada’s governance processes and maintaining accurate records to support the organization’s operations and decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, governance documents, and official communications.
    • Collaborate with board members to ensure compliance with organizational bylaws and policies.
    • Assist in preparing agendas and distributing materials for board meetings and other official proceedings.
    • Document and communicate key decisions to ensure transparency and accountability.

    • A willingness to dedicate the time and energy required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role effectively.
