Murray Kronick, FCMC

Mr. Murray Kronick has over 30 years of experience in management consulting, and is a Subject Matter Expert in Performance Management.   Murray’s approach is client-focused, forward-thinking and results-oriented, particularly on business and technology-based initiatives.

Murray has contributed to the business objectives of a wide variety of public- and private-sector clients in both Canada and the United States.  He has been involved in many project domains such as strategic planning, business case preparation, outcomes planning, performance measurement,  portfolio optimization, investment governance, business process reengineering and change management.

Murray is the Past President of the non-profit volunteer-run Performance and Planning Exchange (PPX) and a current member of the Board of the Directors and of the Annual Symposium Committee, supporting best practices in Results-Based Management. 

Murray is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC), as well as the Founding President of the Eastern Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.  He has been the Lead Instructor for both the Essentials of Management Consulting and Ethical Behaviour for Management Consultants courses on behalf of CMC-Canada since 2009.  He also teaches Management Consulting at the MBA level at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.

Raoul Ménès, FCMC

Raoul Ménès is the Founder and Managing Director of the Ménès Consulting Group, LLC (www.menescg.com), a management consultancy focused on Internal Audit (IA), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Corporate Training.

He possesses over 25 years’ experience in optimizing internal audit activities and managing critical business risks. He has strong risk-based assessment experience and thorough knowledge in audit, governance, compliance and accounting. He has deep expertise in fraud risk assessment, interview and interrogation, fraud detection, investigation and employee theft examinations.

He is a multilingual Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA), Fellow Certified Management Accountant (FCMA), Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I) and a Chartered Administrator (C.Adm.) Judy Murphy, CMC

Judy is an experienced Consultant and Executive Coach, CEO, Board Director, public speaker and University Instructor, In 25 plus years, she has successfully led and supported numerous organizations in advancing their goals and maximizing the potential of leaders and their teams.  She is known for her engaging and interactive presenting style. 

Judy previously led a strategy and governance practice at MNP.   Currently, she the President of her own consulting practice -  Murphy's Executive Leadership.  Judy has  also held leadership positions in a number of organizations, most recently as President & CEO of Safety Services Manitoba, a safety training and consulting company. In previous years, she served in a number of executive leadership positions successfully facilitating and advancing the visions of these organizations.  

Judy is a graduate of the University of Manitoba.  She currently teaches Organizational Behaviour at the University of Winnipeg and has taught Board Governance for Asper Executive Education.  

Judy has also taken on leadership roles in a number of boards as Chair of both the Winnipeg and Manitoba Chambers of Commerce and as the Chair of the Governance Committee at the Manitoba Cardiac Institute (Reh-Fit Centre).  She also serves as a member of the Quality and Vigilance Committee for St. Boniface Hospital.  She has  served as Vice-Chair of the Crown Corporations Council, Chair of Finance and Audit at the Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation and Chair of the Leisure and Cultural Tourism Committee for Travel Manitoba.

Husam Sha'ath, FCMC

A seasoned Management Consultant, Trainer and Practitioner in the fields of Strategic Management, Implementation Management, Corporate Transformations, Change Management and Project & Program Management.  The Founder and President of FORTE Management Consulting Inc., a Management Consulting and Training firm based in Toronto.  Prior to that, was a Principal Consultant in the Corporate and Operations Strategy Group with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting in Toronto.

Implemented projects and business transformations in a number of industries across engineering and business functional areas.  Initiated and managed to completion projects in systems implementation, organisational restructuring, maintenance best practices and benchmarking, organisational design, product launches, quality management, aircraft heavy maintenance, and power generation equipment overhauls. 

Involved with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada), was the Chair of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Chapter Council and was member of a number of Committees at the Association over several years.

Favourite thing about being a CMC?: Being a CMC allows me to be on top of business and management developments, which would keep me intellectually stimulated, and that’s the knowledge dimension.  Then there’s the interpersonal dimension, where I would work with my clients to share my knowledge and experience to help them reach their business objectives.
