The CMC Canada Pro Bono Program has completed a no-charge management consulting engagement for The Ethiopian Association in partnership with Toronto's Management Advisory Service (MAS). 

CMC-Canada is proud to welcome the College of Northern Canada (CNC) as the newest member of their prestigious Academic Partner Program. This program reflects CNC’s commitment to advancing professional development and supporting career growth through world-class training tailored to industry needs.

Ottawa-based Certified Management Consultants Stephen Fanjoy and Richard Monk volunteered their professional services to assist Slay Society as a second mandate. The project was performed under the CMC® Pro Bono Program which provides free management consulting to registered charities in need.

The Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada) is pleased to welcome the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan as a partner in education, through their Academic Partner Program. 

Traditional strategic planning is methodical, often time-intensive, and relies heavily on in-person collaboration and meetings, with a focus on long-term, comprehensive planning cycles. Furthermore, they placed undue significant pressure on the group to get it all done at once. 

Representing CMC-Canada on the global stage has been a privilege, and it’s given me the chance to work alongside incredible colleagues from Institutes all around the world.

For an introductory session of a series on sustainability, our expert panel members did not disappoint. I was delighted to moderate the Ontario Institute learning event on November 13^th. Our panel members were practical and experienced.

2024 was a year of exciting achievements for CMC-Canada. We were able to accomplish important objectives and attain key milestones, all with an eye toward the future of Management Consulting in this country.
 

One year ago, if someone had told me I’d be heading to Yerevan, Armenia, my response probably would have been, “Where is that, exactly?” Fast forward to 2024 and our project with Carbon OxyTech, an Alberta-based cleantech company, put us on the global consulting map. This was my cue to explore a culture and region unfamiliar to me, and what better way to do so than by participating in the International CMC Conference.
